All our specialists/advisors come from the field and know what it is like to work with quality materials and equipment. Both business manager and account manager, as instructors recycle their skills on international medical, tactical and tactical-medical courses every year. Training together with government services and military from Europe ensures that we are always up-to-date with the latest protocols, operations and new or different techniques. We have a back office with the right affinity and interest to support and run LS INNOVENTA in both Dutch, French and English. No 9-5 mentality because our customers don't have one either. Every day we are ready for our customers with a strong team of 10 permanent colleagues.
2. Manufacturer Network and Market Developments
LS INNOVENTA consists of 2 branches. BE-establishment located in Genk with Director Radek Weglicki and NL-establishment located in Bunnik with Director Erik-Jan Kroneman. As direct importer and distributor for the BeNeLux for several quality brands, we visit the main international trade fairs and conferences on Special Operation Medicine every year, and are also present at some of them. Our good relationship with the different manufacturers benefits our customers. At our customers' request, we can have products modified or (further) developed. If there are any requests from the Ministry of Defence, we can discuss them with the manufacturers. We are always happy to present the latest developments on the market or upcoming developments to our customers. Because of the knowledge and experience within the company, we can immediately make a first thorough analysis and then offer this. Even with less pleasant circumstances, delivery problems, problems with products or devices, we can always act very quickly. This without unnecessary detours.

3. Service & maintenance
1 of the most important branches within our company. Most of the services are fully continuous. That is why we also think along with them to keep it that way at all times. Both in Belgium and in the Netherlands we have various repair and service facilities. This from simple technique to electromechanical solutions. Since we work with medical devices, it is obviously not obvious that everyone can do this. That is why our colleagues receive training and recycling at different companies, as well as support. Of course there are times when something cannot be repaired immediately. Nevertheless, we are always available (24/7) to our most important customers. Together with them, we solve problems so that the continuity of their services is not compromised.
4. Quality management and legislation
Medical products and devices require the necessary attention. In addition to our ISO 9001:2015 quality management certification and FAMHP registration, we are already working on the future guidelines for medical products, MDR. An aspect for the future that should not be underestimated. With the right advisors, we too will go through this process to be fully MDR-compliant.
5. In-house kitting and assembly
As a registered company with the FAMHP as a compiler of treatment kits, we put together various simple medical kits (IFAKs) to specialization kits (Bougie aided cric kits). All our kits are put together based on several factors, on the one hand the CoTCCC guidelines and on the other hand advice and user efficiency from the enduser. The latter ensures that we can make a better and more efficient composition more quickly. Several of our kits are now in use or are being requested by various EU Defense Forces (Belgium, Netherlands, France, Portugal, Slovakia, ....). LS INNOVENTA is the only tactical medical company in Europe composing the medical kits with products intended for the European market with CE. IV kits, cric kits, ...

7. Instruction and Training
We offer not only the facility, but also instruction and training, both medical and tactical. CQB, Methods of Entry, Low-Lights condition work, Tactical Medical Courses, Medical Training, ...
